Craig
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Craig is a rogerian, client-centered therapist. He helps his clients with trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. Craig teaches compassionate communication and conflict-management skills like nonviolent communication. He teaches self-regulation strategies and helps people when they feel stuck. He works to create safety, equity and inclusion.
In his free time, Craig spends time with his family and friends. He likes sports and physical activities, especially running and swimming. He is working on his home-improvement skills!
