Ashley
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Change is hard, but isn’t the alternative worse? Life can be very challenging and demanding and can even seem overwhelming. The good news is you don’t have to go it alone. Seeking help is a sign of courage and strength, which Ashley fosters in her work with her clients. She offers assistance in finding personalized ways to manage your stressors. Improving self-esteem, learning to cope, and managing emotions are all possible! Ashley approaches therapy with both empathy and understanding, offering a sense of safety and unconditional positive regard that allows you to feel comfortable enough to build that connection. Let her help you find the answers! She has often said, “I won’t promise it will be easy; therapy rarely is. But I can promise you it will be worth it.”
When Ashley is not engaged in the world of therapy, she enjoys spending quality time with her partner and their two rambunctious pugs. Ashley loves spending time with family and friends, stoking her teen nieces’ love of musical theater as high as her own, and fitting in as many between-visit FaceTime calls as possible with her elementary school-aged twin nieces on the East Coast! Strong coffee, Diet Coke, chocolate, and pug cuddles are all things that bring Ashley joy and happiness. She is also making an effort to find more time to start reading again.
