Natasha Distiller, MFT
Natasha is a Therapist at Two Chairs in Oakland. She thinks about therapy as a way to better understand yourself and your reactions in your different contexts. She explores how your experience growing up shaped your expectations of the world, and how the world's responses to you creates both limits and possibilities within which you can make choices in the present.
She sees the therapeutic relationship as important, an opportunity to grow, a space to experience yourself differently, and something co-created by therapist and client working together. She is an immigrant to the U.S., has lived in a number of different countries, and is a crazy dog person.
