Elizabeth Ohito, LCSW
Elizabeth is a Therapist at Two Chairs in San Francisco. She is committed to using the best research and practice in trauma recovery and mindfulness in helping individuals and couples recover from life challenges, better cope with stress, and repair damaged relationships. She is also interested in the use of therapy to explore issues of racial and ethnic identity and living across difference. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and audiophile with broad interests in music, art, and design.
